Fiona Jackson has dedicated over two decades

to elevating standards within the beauty and spa industry.

The journey began in 2001 aboard the maiden

voyage of the MS Norwegian Sun, where she

proudly served as Elemis’ onboard educator. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others to succeed.

In 2003, Fiona took the leap into

entrepreneurship, opening her own salon in

Lanark. What began as a solo practice flourished

into a respected, multi award wining business

that continues to inspire fellow salon owners

and therapists across the UK.

Alongside growing her salon, Fiona spent

16 years lecturing part-time within private

and public colleges, shaping the next

generation of industry professionals and

gaining a deep understanding of the real

challenges that therapists and owners face.

Today, Salonwise represents the culmination of Fiona’s

experience as a therapist, educator, mentor and

business owner and author channeling all her passion

to support the next generation.

Initially launched as a boutique training academy

teaching practical and theory of leading UK brands.

Today it has evolved to be a business grounded in its

principals that of Inspiring, educating and supporting

ambitious beauty and wellness professionals who

are ready to grow, evolve and reach their next level.
