Fiona Jackson has dedicated over two decades to raising standards across the global beauty and spa industry. Her journey began in 2001 aboard the maiden voyage of the MS Norwegian Sun, where she proudly served as Elemis’ onboard educator an experience that immersed her in international best practice and set the foundation for her career. Working at sea, Fiona developed a deep appreciation for consistency, professionalism, and education within luxury service environments. That pivotal role sparked a lifelong passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring professionals, and empowering individuals and businesses to achieve excellence and long-term success.
Salon
In 2003, Fiona Jackson took the leap into entrepreneurship, opening her own salon in Lanark. What began as a solo practice quickly evolved into a highly respected, multi-award-winning salon business. Built on strong leadership, high standards, and exceptional client care, the salon became a benchmark for excellence continuing to inspire salon owners and beauty therapists across the UK.
Alongside growing and scaling her own business, Fiona spent 16 years lecturing part-time across both private and public colleges. During this time, she played a key role in educating and mentoring the next generation of beauty and spa professionals. This dual perspective; educator and business owner gave her deep, first-hand insight into the real-world challenges facing therapists and salon owners, from skills gaps and confidence to commercial sustainability and career progression.
