I have come to realise over the past few years that I am more than a bit obsessive (in the best possible way) about customer experience and the customer journey.
Every day in life we all encounter customer experience from the terrible, to the mediocre all the way through to those truly memorable. Through my role as a mentor I will help ensure you elevate your experience and create memorable experiences for your clients and customers every day.
With 27 years in the service industry from hotels, to cruise ships, to education and 20 years as a salon owner I have honed and refined my customer journey that has created unshakable loyalty.
